What did the Lebanese State do in MAY 2025?

In May 2025, the Lebanese state enacted 236 legislative texts - the highest monthly total since the new cabinet took office. Activity was heavily concentrated on approving donations to public institutions to sustain their operations and licensing businesses and organizations, which together accounted for nearly half of all texts issued. Donations approved this month reached the second highest monthly level in nine years. The remaining texts focused on tax extensions and exemptions, cancellation of vocational official exams for this year, promotion of security officers whose previous promotions had been frozen, among others. ما الذي أقرّته الدولة اللبنانية في أيّار 2025؟

في أيّار 2025، أقرَّت الدولة اللبنانية 236 نصًّا تشريعيًّا، وهو أعلى مجموع شهريّ منذ تسلُّم الحكومة الجديدة مهامّها. تركَّزَ النشاط بدرجة كبيرة على إقرار هِبات للمؤسَّسات العامّة من أجل ضمان استمراريّة عملها، وعلى منح تراخيص للشركات والجمعيّات، وقد شكَّل هذان المحوران نحو نصف النصوص الصادرة. وبلغت الهبات المُقرَّة هذا الشهر ثاني أعلى مستوى شهريّ خلال السنوات التسع الماضية. أمّا النصوص المتبقِّية فتمحورت حول تمديد المهل الضريبيّة والإعفاءات، وإلغاء الامتحانات الرسمية المهنية لهذا العام، وترقية ضبّاط أمن كانت ترقياتهم مجمَّدة، وغيرها.
